Meet Pastry Chef Jill!

My name is Jill, and grew up baking with my Grandma Lilly...my happiest childhood memories! After developing food intolerances later in life, I was worried I would no longer be able to enjoy baking with the recipes I loved. Plus, all of the grocery store alternatives were always disappointing and expensive. Luckily, I was able to learn baking techniques and tricks in culinary school and got to train with amazing chefs all around the country. I devoted myself to creating a line of Allergen-Free Baking Products named in Lilly's honor, that are sold all around the world! Now, I want to pursue my true passion of teaching others to bake in a way that works with our busy lives.     Our courses are extremely customizable. All recipes are Gluten-Free and Top 9 Allergen-Free, but you'll never know it by the taste and texture. We provide plenty of customization and substitution options, so if you want to use dairy, nuts, etc, you will totally be able to! Your kitchen, your rules!

    YES!! We will have modifications if you prefer to use dairy, however.
